We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping time for pre-order/personalized pieces may take longer. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive any email. You can track your order by logging into your Trendyland account and select "Orders".

We ships to 30+ countries and we are always adding more. We even offer free Expedited Shipping for orders over USD $100 in some countries and regions.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The fulfillment center and the postal service company process the orders, which takes an additional 3–5 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. Delivery usually takes about 7-15 business days. Orders are typically shipped by e-packet, which is a China Post product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service generally , so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.
