Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the concern of pet health safety, we are not able to accept returns. Therefore, we suggest that you carefully choose the product. However, you can reorder the product with discount (exceptions may apply). To request reordering with discount, please email your order number, name of product to: trendyland2018@gmail.com 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

We only refund if: your received product are defective/damaged (you are require to provide the proof); package is lost.

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Missing items in your package; received wrong size or product

We will send you the missing product/correct product free of charge.

If your received product are defective/damaged (you are require to provide the proof); package is lost, we can also resend your product free of charge instead of refunding.

 Return and exchange policy

Consumers are allowed to apply for a return or replacement within 14 days (14 days or more) after signing for it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
